The G-MILLITECH project aims to develop innovative graphene based technology for its use in broadband communication and imaging systems operating in the WR5 (140-220 GHz) millimetre wave frequency band. Taking advantage of the unique non-linear behaviour of graphene, transmitter and receiver sub-systems based on high harmonic order frequency multipliers and mixers will be realized.
